1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the websites, services, or specialized operational applications provided by BMAP Holdings LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "BMAP"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Service Description & Application Usage BMAP Holdings LLC (BMAP) provides digital administrative management utilities. This includes our proprietary platform, Chairman's Office Suite, a private operational logistics management software designed to track program pacing milestones, seating logs, and real-time coordination matrices during regional live event schedules.

3. Mobile Messaging Program (SMS Alerts) As part of the operational features of the Chairman's Office Suite, administrative users, desk crew, and volunteer event speakers may be registered to receive text messaging notifications.

• Consent and Opt-In: Mobile phone numbers are gathered via direct manual entry by platform operators following explicit verbal confirmation from the volunteer speaker regarding their schedule assignment. By providing your number to the event staff, you consent to receive real-time scheduling deadlines, green-room lounge updates, stage check-ins, and emergency timing changes related to your specific event participation.

• Carrier Disclosures: Standard messaging frequency varies dynamically based on the active event schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

• Opt-Out (STOP): You can completely terminate text updates at any time by replying STOP to any message received from the service. Once sent, an automated final cancellation text will be delivered, and your number will be blocked from further automated dispatches.

• Assistance (HELP): You can reply HELP at any time to receive administrative platform support info or system instructions.

4. Privacy Safeguards All phone numbers collected for text message routing are handled strictly according to our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability BMAP Holdings LLC (BMAP) and the Chairman's Office Suite application provide scheduling notifications purely as an operational aid. We are not liable for delayed, dropped, filtered, or un-delivered alerts resulting from mobile carrier network congestion, routing errors, or third-party service outages.

6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our software systems following published adjustments constitutes active agreement to the updated framework.
